We are open Monday to Friday (except Holidays) between 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. As a
Specialist clinic, patients need referral from their General Practitioner,
family
physician or other doctor to be eligible for a rebate from Medicare.

When you come for your appointment Remember to get the following:
- Medicare card & Referral letter
- Have your insurance information.
- If possible, copies of any operation records, medical records, x-rays, MRIs, CT scans and so on from prior doctor visits
(optional).
- If you have had Weight Loss Surgery elsewhere, please bring a copy of your operation report.
To cancel an appointment:
Telephone the office during business hours. Please cancel at least 1 day ahead so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient who is seeking treatment.
